OUR RESPONSE TO COVID-19

**UPDATED: 16 MARCH 2021**

Our patient waiting area is now open for our patients for appointment check-in and prescription pick-up* and provides for social distancing. *Prescription delivery is still available via the USPS per patient request.

Please note that masks are required for entry into the building and must be worn at all times and we will continue to provide pre-screening temperatures.  Any patient with symptoms of COVID-19 will not be permitted in the building and should call the clinic main number upon arrival where a team member will assist you with how to proceed.  In order to continue to keep you safe, we are still only allowing patients (and not family members) into the clinic unless deemed necessary for the safety and well-being of the patient.

VACCINATION DETAILS
